BIC has sold its hundred millionth ballpoint pen. BIC introduces the premium range of writing instruments, BIC® Select, with a metal bodies. BIC® Kids Mini Kid Couleur coloring felt pen.

2006 |

BIC launches a two-in-one ballpoint and highlighter, called Duo™ in the United States and Briefing™ in Europe, as well as Easy Clic™, an ingenious fountain pen for children that is easy and fun to use, and cleaner as well. A wide range of school fountain pens, classic or with decor, some of them licensed, is commercialized under BIC® brand, while a modern and luxurious fountain pen line is commercialized under Stypen® brand. Permanent markers with fashionable colors, BIC® Marking Color. The correction segment innovates with Tipp-Ex® Speedy™/Wite-Out® BigWheel™, the first correction tape with training wheels, and Delete’O™, a correction tape designed for a perfect handling.

New products are turned out: BIC® Easy Clic™ roller, BIC® Cristal® Fun and BIC® Cristal® Decor ballpoint pens, BIC® Reaction and Velocity® Stic gel pens, BIC™ Matic mini mechanical pencil, with or without grip and Tipp-Ex® Clic Liner™ correction tape.
BIC launches also a new range of sticky notes® and adhesive labels.
