Bruno Bich
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Bruno Bich is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the BIC Group. He resumed his functions of Chief Executive Officer in June 2016, after serving as Chairman of the board from 2006 to 2016. In 1993, he had been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the BIC Group, succeeding the Company founder, his father Marcel Bich.

Prior to his nomination as BIC Group Chairman, Bruno Bich served for nine years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BIC Corporation, the Company's North American subsidiary. He led the development of this subsidiary which now represents more than 40% of the Group's sales.

Rising through the ranks in the U.S. business, he held several key corporate positions including Vice President of Sales and Marketing and National Sales Manager.

Bruno Bich began his career by working for five years in the corporate finance department of White Weld & Company, the investment banking firm, before joining BIC. Bruno Bich holds a bachelor's degrees in marketing and finance from New York University.

Gonzalve Bich
Chief Operating Officer

Gonzalve Bich is Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for BIC Consumer Business, Human Resources and IT since January 2017.  He is Executive Vice President of Société BIC.

Gonzalve Bich joined BIC Asia in 2003, where he developed the regional business for four years. He moved on to serve as Group People Development Director before joining the Shaver Category as Group Shaver Marketing Director. From 2008 to 2012, he headed the Northern European business. In 2012, he was named Deputy General Manager, responsible for Middle East, Africa, Oceania, and Asia Pacific and was promoted General Manager, Developing Markets by mid-2013 and took the responsibility for BIC Consumer Business Categories & Latin America operations in spring 2016.

Gonzalve is French-American and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with Honors, from Harvard University in 2001.
