A single code of conduct for human rights at work

BIC asks its entire production and supply chain to respect the BIC Group Code of Conduct based on the standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO), which aims to promote a safe and healthy work environment, decent wages and reasonable hours, no child labor, no forced labor and no discrimination.

BIC controls the enforcement of its Code of Conduct through self-assessments analyzed by an independent agency in BIC factories and social audits carried out by independent auditors at subcontractors since 2000.

86% of BIC® products are made in BIC own factories established at 95% in countries without human rights risk
