A priority, training for all!
Developing the employability of its employees is a major goal of BIC’s social policy. Targeted programs and training sessions aim to help employees adapt to evolution in their work environment. BIC also attempts to improve the quality at work of its collaborators.
Through BIC University programs, BIC promotes the development of its employees' technical and professional skills. The quality of training in place is evaluated by an outside consultancy firm and employee satisfaction is determined.Next - A single code of conduct
