REVEAL YOUR POTENTIAL AND ALUMNI COMMUNITY
ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
NGO Name: Rêv'elles
Pillar: Access to Education for Women and Girls
Funding Period: 2020-2022
Rêv'elles' mission is to inspire, motivate and provide girls and young women from underserved areas with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Through these opportunities, the organization hopes to empower them to shape their communities.
A nine-month program helps young women expand their professional horizons and build self-esteem. Participants attend individual coaching sessions, group workshops and company visits, while also taking the opportunity to connect and receive recommendations from working professionals. They also learn about digital and scientific professions through the “RVL Tech” program and attend networking events organized by the NGO. Graduates emerge from the program truly knowing themselves and working toward their goals.
IN THEIR OWN WORDS
“Without Rêv'Elles, we never would have been able to have so many great experiences. Thanks to the program's Model Roles speeches we can really project ourselves. We can build bridges between their stories and our personal stories. It motivates us and it's very inspiring to see independent women like them.”
