Each picture submitted for posting to the Gallery (a “Picture”) will be reviewed by BIC or its agency before appearing in the Gallery. BIC shall have the right to accept or to remove at any time any picture from the Gallery without having to justify its decision to the person who submitted the Picture.  Due to a high volume of submissions, it is not possible to include every Picture BIC receives in the Gallery.

BIC reserves the right not to accept any Picture for exhibition into the BIC Gallery for any reason in its sole discretion.  Pictures must not:

• - contain the image of an identifiable person;
• - infringe any intellectual property rights or any personal rights;
• - include third party trademarks;
• - include any inappropriate, offensive or illicit content;
• - promote, represent or incite violence;
• - include or depict pornography or obscenity;
• - include tobacco, alcohol, drugs, illicit product;
• - include or allude to religion or politics;
• - include content that is libelous, defamatory, harassing, abusive or discriminatory;
• - degrade others on the basis of gender, race, class, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual preference, disability or other classification; or
• - violate any applicable local, state, federal or international law.

By submitting a Picture, the visitor submitting the Picture acknowledges that the Picture is his/her original work and that he/she has all necessary intellectual property and personal rights in and to the Picture, including any necessary authorizations from any third parties,, including any person featured in the image, and he/she irrevocably grants BIC the right to use, edit and publish the Picture in the BIC Gallery.

The visitor acknowledges that his/her Picture may be adapted, resized, cropped or in any other way adapted by BIC as BIC may deem it appropriate and the visitor waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product.  The visitor further acknowledges that a Picture submitted to the Gallery via a local bicworld site (e.g., www.bicworldusa.com) may be posted and included in the Gallery appearing on the global site (i.e., www.bicworld.com) and/or other local bicworld sites and other BIC branded websites.

Individuals must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence to submit Pictures.
